I was born and raised in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and Manhattan, New York City.
What Inspires Me:
My inspiration comes from sunshine, kindness, innovative thinking, and beauty. I try to surround myself with all of these each day.
Guiltiest Food Pleasure:
Good Pizza! Okay, well let's just say I could eat it every day. If we're being honest, my purest guilty pleasure is Nongshim Onion Flavored Rings, a delicious Korean extruded onion flavored chips.
Areas of Specialization:
I have extensive background in culinary science and corporate foodservice management, including time spent as an executive chef at an award winning restaurant. My passion is for food and flavor, as well as the culture and emotion that surround our eating experiences. I gravitated to CuliNex after a career in project management in the foodservice and food industries, and am thrilled to join this organization to help bring our client's food products to market.
When I'm Not on the Bench:
You can find me away from the office enjoying sailing, cooking, cocktailing (is that a word?), wineing, traveling/exploring, dancing, digging in the garden, and spending my time with friends.
