How food brings everyone together. And the outlet of creativity it provides is endless. .

Guiltiest Food Pleasure:

Taco Bell, soft potato taco with extra diablo sauce. The carbs-on-carbs taco is the perfect vehicle to eat hot sauce.

Areas of Specialization:

Clean Label, retort processing, and freeze dried goods.

When I'm Not on the Bench:

I love spending time with family, friends, and my dog. That can involve going on hikes or trying new restaurants and cuisines.
