2013 Clean Label Conference

Mark Crowell, CRC spoke at the Clean Label Conference in Chicago, IL on October 30, 2013. The subject of his talk was "Bringing Culinology to Clean Label Development - How and Why it Matters". In his presentation Mark discussed CuliNex's approach to product development through Culinology and presented three case studies from CuliNex project files illustrating how Culinology benefited key aspects of the development process.
