What I enjoy most is the opportunity CuliNEX provides in technical growth. I love to play on the bench and CuliNEX allows me the space and support to work on food technologies that are new to me.

What Inspires Me:

Visual Arts of all media – I am consistently amazed by the creativity of others and use it as inspiration for my work in product development.

Guiltiest Food Pleasure:

Shake Shack’s dairy-free chocolate shakes! I hadn’t had a milkshake in 20 years and then I found these. I’m in love.

Areas of Specialization:

I specialize in clean-label, plant-based, and coffee science.

When I'm Not in the Office:

I love spending time with family and friends, nature walks, running, serving on the board of the Museum of Food and Culture.
