Mark Crowell, CRC presented three scholarships at the 2010 Research Chefs annual meeting in Phoenix on March 21. A total of $5,000 in scholarships were presented along with a 5 year commitment to continue funding the annual awards. The recipients were Stephanie Grau, Southwestern Minnesota State University, Susanna Tolini, Kayem Foods and Charles Hudson, Sunburst Trout Company.
