CuliNex believes in the concept and practice of Culinology®, a blending of culinary art and food science. Stage Gate Model

Over many years, our experience has proven that a disciplined, methodical approach to product development yields the best results. The stage-gate model is our preferred planning approach. Each “stage” defines a set of related activities. Each “gate” is a point where client approval is required to move forward to the next step. Laying out the development process at the beginning of each project allows CuliNex and the Client to discuss project specifics, align expectations, and customize the model to meet the unique requirements of each project. The result is a well defined project plan that avoids costly mistakes, rework and wasted time.
